Breona

Wellspring was born from my own search for clarity. There were seasons when life felt heavy my responsibilities, my thoughts, and the constant pressure to figure out what came next. I didn’t lack purpose; I lacked the space and support to pause, reflect, and hear myself.

Losing my daughter was one of the hardest moments of my life. Grief left me standing still while the world kept moving. Yet through that season, my faith in God became my anchor. Even when I couldn’t see the path ahead, I felt called toward something greater. Through prayer and reflection, I realized many of the answers I was seeking were already within me.

As I grew, I discovered that fear had quietly become a barrier. I could encourage others to believe in themselves, yet struggled to fully believe in my own potential. What I needed was an environment that allowed me to slow down, process my experiences, and gain clarity.

I also learned that growth doesn’t only come from classrooms or training. It comes through conversations, challenges, relationships, and moments of reflection sometimes even a single sentence can create a breakthrough.

Another defining moment was creating Vendor Day at work. What began as a small idea became a space where people found confidence, pursued long‑delayed dreams, and stepped into their potential. Watching that transformation reminded me that many people are carrying gifts and ideas they just need someone to help them see what’s already there.
